Submit Complaint
Customers submit complaints via WhatsApp atau email PT. Esandar Arthamas Berjangka at support@esafx.co.id .
Get Assistance
Administrator PT Esandar Arthamas Berjangka will direct and assist customers via email and telephone to make complaints on the website https://pengaduan.bappebti.go.id/
Form Filling
Customers fill in online complaints on the website https://pengaduan.bappebti.go.id ("Bappebti Online Complaint System" atau "SPOB").
Complaint Details
Customers make a complaint containing information in the form of customer data, Futures Broker data and/or the reported party, chronology of the complaint, attach supporting documents in the form of proof of fund transfer and a special power of attorney, if the complaint is made by a proxy, and upload the complaint via SPOB.
Complaint Processing
After the complaint has been verified and approved by the Commodity Futures Trading Supervisory Agency (BAPPEBTI), the complaint resolution process has entered the stage of handling customer complaints through a deliberation process at the Futures Broker level.
Complaint Time Period
The maximum period for handling customer complaints is 21 (twenty one) working days after BAPPEBTI gives approval to receive customer complaints.
Complaint Reports
All reports on the results of handling customer complaints will be reported to BAPPEBTI.
