2. Regarding device information, namely information generated on the basis of your use of the application. This information includes, without limitation, IP address/cellphone ID, location, camera, media/gallery, storage space, fingerprints/biometrics for devices, device type information, cellphone network information and other information. EsaFX will use this data to ensure the application can run properly.

Processing and Analysis of Personal Information

In managing personal information, EsaFX is subject to the provisions of applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia, including but not limited to Law Number 32 of 1997 as amended by Law Number 10 of 2011 concerning Commodity Futures Trading, Law Number 11 of 2008 as amended by Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions along with its implementing regulations and other related laws and regulations, including Government Regulation Number 82 of 2012 concerning Implementation of Electronic Systems and Transactions and Regulation of the Minister of Communication and Information Technology Number 20 of 2016 concerning Protection of Personal Information in Electronic Systems.

EsaFX will, in good faith and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, process your personal information to:

1. Manage and/or carry out obligations arising from any agreements entered into between you and EsaFX.
2. Anticipate and resolve problems related to the products we offer.
3. Carry out regular monitoring of the transactions you carry out with EsaFX.
4. Notify you of changes to EsaFX's services or legal documents.
5. Record all information from your computer/application and browser, including IP address, cookie information, attributes of both software and hardware
6. Prevent and detect criminal and fraudulent activities including assisting in any criminal investigations by relevant authorities against you.

Retention and Disposal of Personal Information

In managing personal information, EsaFX is subject to the provisions of applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia, including but not limited to Law Number 32 of 1997 as amended by Law Number 10 of 2011 concerning Commodity Futures Trading, Law Number 11 of 2008 as amended by Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions along with its implementing regulations and other related laws and regulations, including Government Regulation Number 82 of 2012 concerning Implementation of Electronic Systems and Transactions and Regulation of the Minister of Communication and Information Technology Number 20 of 2016 concerning Protection of Personal Information in Electronic Systems.

Access code confidentiality

The access code or password, including your pin code, is the responsibility of each User. EsaFX is not responsible for losses that may arise due to the User's negligence in maintaining the confidentiality of his or her access code or password, resulting in the use of your Personal Information by Third Parties.

Personal Information Security

Any personal Information that EsaFX obtains in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy will be protected with best efforts through proven security tools. However, EsaFX does not guarantee the confidentiality of the information you submit, in circumstances where there are other parties who take and use personal information from us unlawfully. EsaFX will do its best to prevent access to personal information by unauthorized parties. EsaFX will not sell, rent or provide your personal information to third parties for purposes other than opening accounts and transaction activities.

Obligation to Disclose Personal Information

EsaFX may be required by applicable laws and regulations to disclose your personal information and other related information to authorized third parties such as the Commodity Futures Trading Supervisory Agency (Bappebti), Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Center (PPATK), prosecutors, police and/ or court for the purposes of examination, investigation, audit or other matters.
